Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at vorta.shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our canvas tote bags. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your canvas tote bag must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.
  • Personalized or customized canvas bags (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in USD. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your bag for the same item, send us an email at support@vorta.shop.
